Tarenava’s Knight Legacy Flip

This flip was done for Tarenava.  She had requested that her Knight Legacy house be flipped and was looking for something in a traditional style.  She had requested that all three aspects of the build (build, landscaping, and interior design) be flipped.  She was looking for the house to have 3 or 4 bedrooms, as well as 3 bathrooms, but said she was having a difficult time laying that out.  Here is what I flipped the lot to:

    Hey Bree =]
Your work is absolutely amazing, and i love how you made this house a new and completely different home. It’s absolutely gorgeous, and I would love to download such a beautiful thing you did, but I have no idea where I can find it? Any help please?

    Thanks Bree Bree,

Lol, thanks so much for commenting, xTwilightxLovex! I’m glad that you like this build so much…It was a lot of work, but lots of fun as well.

I actually don’t have it available for download anywhere, which would explain why you can’t find the link, lol. When I flip a lot, I let the person that I flip the lot for upload the new lot to his/her Studio and I leave that all up to them. Tarenava hasn’t uploaded the lot as far as I know. I was reluctant to provide a link for people to download the lot with just in case she had intended to upload it to her own Studio.

Another drawback with this lot (which I discovered after creating/packaging it up for her) is that I used Acrostacking on the interiors and we have since learned that Acrostacking no longer works once you install WA. So unfortunately, this means that all of the interior Acrostacking will come undone once you place the lot and everything that I had raised will drop back down to the ground. I had acrostacked several things, including plants, candles, curtains, and so on so it will all look…weird…if it’s not fixed. I offered to fix everything for Tarenava, but never heard back from her so I only have the unfixed lot available. I would be more than happy to provide a link to the lot for you via PM if you happen to be a member of Sims Interior Design, Builder’s Bulevard, or The Simmer’s Society. Just PM me over there. Just bare in mind that you may have to fix a few things inside due to the acrostacking fail, but if you don’t mind doing that, I don’t mind giving you the link! Just let me know!

Oh, well that’s just terrible. As I said Bree, you did amazing work here… and she never even uploaded it. I searched her up and when I looked in her studio, I never found the design 😦 (BUMMER!)
Lols, but since I’m not the best at designing or fixing things on the Sims 3 (Usually I mess up, and horrify the place. Haha) I won’t make a big deal of it. But as I said it’s an ashame that she never uploaded the beautiful work you did. Besides that, I have downloaded a

      Hi Twilight!

As far as fixing the lot, really the only thing that you would have to do is to just delete the fallen objects or move them to somewhere else. It would be fairly simple, but it just wouldn’t look exactly the same as I have shown in the screenshots. I can always PM you the link if you are a member of one of the sites I listed and you can take a look at it. It’s up to you! Just let me know if you are interested anytime in the future and I can get the link over to you.

Well, I won’t be a bother with it. Everythinng will be okay! 🙂

Even though I still believe that it’s an ashame how Tarenava wouldn’t upload it. 😦 Booo. 😦 Lols

You should design homes for a living.

That’s really sweet of you to say, Brittany! Lol…unfortunately, I don’t think my houses in real life would come out as nice as I couldn’t just demolish and put back up objects, walls, and windows as I was trying to get everything just right. I tend to spend hours switching things in and out, adding and taking away things, and just causing mayhem in general as I build. Hehe…my way of working might end up being a bit costly and I don’t think I would end up getting much business. =)

Hi ksport! For the bridge, I used the cheat “contrainelevation false”. There are several good tutorials out there on how to make an arched bridge. At the time, I believe I used this tutorial. Arched Bridge Tutorial Good luck!
