Here you will find all of my builds that I have created for the Sims 3.  Some of them will be builds that I have created and uploaded to my Sims 3 page over at the Official Site and others will be flips that I have done for the Flip Team and other simmers.  If the simmer that the flip was done for uploads it to the Exchange, I will include the link for that flip along with the screenshots.

For those of you familiar with my style of building and decor, you will know that I have a passion for yellow.  I love the warm, buttery tones of yellow and tend to use it liberally throughout my builds.  Old World styles tend to be my favorite type of builds…I love an old English cottage overrun with lavendar and roses or a Tuscan with rough, peeling plaster walls and terracotta flooring.

The only Custom Content (CC) that I use in my builds are patterns and paintings.

Patterns:                                                                                                                                     My patterns are gathered from all over the community and once in a while I may aquire one through downloading lots off of the Exchange when judging lots for contests.  If I remember and know where a pattern comes from, I will try to give credit to the creator in a build’s post.  If the pattern was installed via the launcher, it should upload with the lot when it is downloaded from the Exchange.  If I have used a pattern that installed via Delphy’s Helper Monkey, you will have to download the pattern yourself for it to show up properly.  Links are provided in the CC listing for each lot.

Paintings:                                                                                                                                Most of the time, I only download paintings from Sims Art Gallery.  I tend to have several favorites and use them over and over in many of my builds.  Normally, I try to stay away from CC that isn’t uploaded in the lot, but the painting selection is extremely limited for the game and I find myself in a quandry.  Since the interior design aspect is my favorite part of building, I want decor that is appropriate for the style that I am decorating in.  Since the base game and premium items are very limited as far as paintings go, I am left with having to incorporate art from the Sims Art Gallery to create what I want.  Links for all of the art that is used in my builds will be included under the CC listing for each build.

As there is not a guestbook over at the Official Site, please feel free to leave me a comment over here for any of my work.  Enjoy!

Your houses are BEAUTIFUL! I especially like your cottage selection. You’re designs flow well together and the placement of every single object is perfect. I cannot wait to see what you post next.

Oh my!! Thank you SO much Austin for that wonderful comment!! I truly appreciate it!

I’ve got a few things in the mix right now. I’ve actually got another cottage that is very close to completion (unfortunately, I used acrostacking in it and now I’ve come to find out that acrostacking no longer works with WA, so I must go through and fix everything), as well as a small Italian vineyard (same problem as the cottage). I have a few pics up on my page of those. I’ve also ventured into creating a modern (*eek*!) and it is actually coming along fairly well. Hopefully I will be able to get that one done soon as well!

Like your cottages. I would like to know how to custom your home photo’s for the exchange lot on sims. Thanks
Looking forward to seeing your new lots.

Thank you so much for the sweet comments! I have a few new lots that hopefully *crosses fingers* will be up this weekend, and they are both cottages. As far as changing out your lot’s default pictures, you should check here for more information: . I personally use Zinda’s program, as I find it exceedingly easy to use and very quick (and she’s a sweetie to boot). I would highly recommend it! You can find it here:

I hope this helps! Good luck!

What a sweet comment, Francine! I love hearing that other people enjoy my builds as much as I enjoy creating them. That makes it all worth while! I don’t know if I would even bother creating if I didn’t have the opportunity to share them with others. Just knowing that someone is enjoying and playing them makes me happy. Thanks so much for stopping in and making my day!
